Our cancellation policy is simple and made with your best interest in mind! All of our services are crafted especially for you, so courtesy 48 hours advance notice is required to cancel any service with no charge. If you do not cancel your appointment within the notification period, your appointment is considered confirmed. Any changes or cancellations made less than 48 hours to your scheduled appointment are subject to a full charge of payment for the service. You will receive a text and email reminder 72 hours before all scheduled services to allow you enough time to reschedule or cancel. In return, we promise to be on time for your appointment, give you our undivided attention, and without a doubt, the best lash work Miami and Texas have to offer! Please note that deposits are 50% of the service and are non-refundable, and by scheduling services that require deposits, you agree to this policy.


Due to high appointment demand, all semi-permanent brows, full sets, new client fills, and lash lift appointments require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to confirm. All deposits are non-refundable, but we will allow a one-time transfer of the deposit. However, you are required to cancel 48 hours from the scheduled service in order to do so.


When you arrive for your scheduled treatment, please park in the driveway, send a text message checking in, and wait for my response. Please do not knock, or enter the room, as you may disrupt a scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

All appointments have been designed to allow appropriate time for each service. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the best possible experience. Self-care sessions will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment, and you will be responsible for payment for the full service.


Please arrive for all scheduled appointments with clean lashes and brows. However, if you choose not to time from your appointment will be used for your cleaning. You may bring headphones to listen to music, audiobooks, or podcasts to deepen your relaxation. Children are not permitted, as they may be a safety hazard. Please avoid caffeine before your appointment as it may cause your eyelids to flutter or give you jitters, making micro-pigmentation and lashing difficult. Sleeping and snoring are welcome!

In Case of an Emergency

If you, or anyone in your household, have a contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. Please do not come to your appointment if you are sick for your safety, the safety of our staff, and other clients. If we find you’re sick, your appointment may be cut short or canceled and rescheduled for when you are healthy again. A one-time allowance for a last-minute cancellation or rescheduling will be permitted for sickness or family emergency. Our standard policy goes into effect after that cancellation and no show due to illness.

After Hours Appointment

We understand certain circumstances and seasons may leave you stressing to squeeze in a last-minute lash appointment outside of our normal business hours, but we will do our best to work it out with you. We offer our after-hours appointments on a case by case basis, and they are an additional $50 fee. Please contact us (linked to contact page) directly to schedule your after-hours appointment!

Other Artists’ Work

At FaceXcape, our top priority is your natural lash health. We have high standards for training and certifications to ensure your safety and that you love your look! Unfortunately, due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extensions, many lash artists have not received proper training. For that reason, and to offer you the best possible service, we ask new clients who currently have extensions to schedule a “New Client Touch-up.” Since you are a new client, we may have to remove and reapply your lashes because another artist did not place them correctly. A new full set will be applied at the full set price.
